Partyzanka Foundation ainvites journalists, human rights defenders, researchers, and representatives of Polish civil society organisations to an open online presentation of our new analytical document — a Policy Brief.


📌 Topic of the meeting: Systemic Legal Vulnerability of Belarusian 'Relokanci' in Poland: Meeting Needs for Procedural Regularization – Recommendations based on Partyzanka’s Helpline Data Analysis for the period January–June 2026


This research is based on real requests for assistance received by Partyzanka Foundation during the first half of 2026. We have collected and systematised the key challenges faced by Belarusians in Poland and developed specific recommendations for Polish public authorities.

▪️ What systemic barriers and procedural traps contribute to the vulnerability of Belarusian relocants within Poland’s migration system?

▪️ Why do existing procedures require urgent changes?

▪️ How can current processes be made more effective and accessible?
